Attorney-at-law. Arbitrator of the Copyright Commission at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Since 2002, a partner at the Lassota i Partnerzy Law Office. She managed the branch of the Law Firm in Kraków, and currently she manages the branch in Wrocław. The previous professional experience in the field of intellectual property law includes, above all, legal services and representation in court proceedings of entities such as collective management organizations of copyright and related rights, associations of authors and performers, cultural institutions, publishing houses, film and television producers, television and radio stations, advertising agencies, computer and internet companies, and individual creators and performers.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (1997). She prepared her master's thesis entitled Primary Acquisition of Copyright in the Continental and Anglo-Saxon System as a scholarship holder of the Japanese Rsyiochi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund, as part of the LL.M. of Intellectual Property at London's Queen Mary and Westfield College, including courses: International and Comparative Law of Copyright and Related Rights, International and Comparative Law of Trade Marks, Designs and Unfair Competition, Industrial & Intellectual Property Law. She completed postgraduate studies in the field of intangible property law (D.E.A. de droit de creactions immaterielles) at the University of Montepellier I in France (1998/1999), defending the thesis entitled Les noms de domaine et leur contentieux (Domain names and their disputes over them). She gained professional experience during internships at law and patent offices in Germany (1995) and the United States (1996), as an associate of the Krakow Law Firm Traple, Konarski i Podrecki s.c. and since 2002 as a partner of the LASSOTA I PARTNERZY Law Firm.
